Who processes data for us

We use a few services to run Memetime. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They use standard safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

What other people can see

Your username, the memes you publish, your comments and the number of votes are public. Your email address, IP address, individual votes and reports are never shown to other users.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete your account and everything you posted. Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account; we answer within 30 days. If you live in the EU, the UK or another region with data protection laws, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Memetime is for people aged 16 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.

Security

All connections use HTTPS. Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. Access to the server is limited to the people who run Memetime.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your data in an important way, we will announce it on the site.
