What Hot, Top and Fresh mean, how the score is counted and what one vote does. The short version, without the fine print.
Votes push a meme up, and the older a meme gets the less each of its votes weighs. So a fresh meme with a couple of upvotes overtakes yesterday's meme with a pile of them: the top of the feed keeps changing instead of freezing.
hot = (up − down + 1) ÷ (hours since posting + 2)1.5
Two upvotes and no downvotes in the first hour beat ten upvotes from yesterday. A meme with more downvotes than upvotes drops below everything with a positive score, and it only comes back up once the upvotes outnumber the downvotes again.
Sorted by the net score — upvotes minus downvotes — highest first. Memes with the same score are ordered by date, newer above older. Votes do not expire here: a meme keeps what it earned.
This is counted over the catalogue the page is showing (the last 2 000 published memes), so it is the best of what is live now rather than an archive for all time.
Strictly by publication time: the newest submission is first. Votes do not affect this order at all — a meme stays where it landed even if it is voted down.

Ideas and bugs go to the same place: the Feedback page. Posting needs an account — sign in first (the list itself can be read by anyone).
After that it works like the feed: everyone votes +1 or −1, Top shows the ideas most people want and New the freshest ones. A moderator moves the status on — Planned, Done (or Fixed for a bug), Declined — and you get a notification when it changes, the same as for a comment. Your own post or comment can be deleted by you.
Two limits worth knowing: five posts a day (and no more than five in ten minutes), and accounts younger than 7 days cannot post links yet.

An Upvote reaction also upvotes the meme, a Downvote one downvotes it, and a No vote one doesn't vote. Only you can change the groups: click an emoji to move it to the next group, or drag it. It changes for everyone's new reactions.
Upload a picture or a GIF and give it a name. A moderator checks it, then everyone can react with it. Square pictures look best, up to 3 MB.
You don't see memes and comments from people you block, and you get no notifications from them. They are not told. To block someone, use the ⋮ menu on their meme or the Block user button on their profile.
This deletes your account with all your memes, comments and votes. It cannot be undone.

Published memes that look alike, most likely first. “Not duplicates” hides the pair for good. “Remove” deletes that meme, like Remove in the feed.
Paste a link: a public Telegram channel (t.me/name), 9GAG, an Instagram profile or post, a web page or a direct link to a file. Pick what you need, then download it or add it to the upload list.
Drop pictures and videos. Claude writes titles and tags, you check them and publish. Memes published here skip the review queue.
Keep the content, remove it, or ban the author. A ban deletes everything the person posted.
Emoji people want to add. Approved ones show up in everyone's reaction picker. You can fix the name and the group first.
Approved memes go straight into the feed. Rejected files are deleted.
No ads, bots, politics, reposts or data selling.
